Are you are craving something sweet?
Yes? Perfect! I’m about to share with you how to make super easy, yet delicious brownies with just a few ingredients!
Buying cookies, granola bars, or other sweets, often come with (a lot of) plastic packaging. Plus, they are probably not the healthiest choice – they usually have a LOT of sugar, oils, and unwanted additives.
But fear not, because I’VE GOT YOU COVERED!
I have a huge passion for making healthy but delicious cakes and desserts, so I’m super excited to share this recipe with you!
This Pumpkin Raspberry Brownie is very easy to make – and the best part is that you don’t need a blender (even though if you have one – you are more than welcome to use it 🙂 ).
Also, it is with only 9 ingredients, and just about 7.5G of sugar, per piece.
For more nutritional information, check at the end of the recipe.
I also included a quick recipe video, so feel free to watch it!
- 380g pumpkin (baked)
- 2 medium bananas
- 75g oats
- 30g hemp protein (OR just use more oats)
- 50g cocoa powder (OR carob powder)
- 50g agave (OR any other sticky sweetener)
- 30-50g frozen raspberries
- A splash of plant milk
- 20g raisins (optional)
- 10g maca powder (optional)
Start mashing together the pumpkin and the bananas, until you get a homogenous mixture.
Add the dry ingredients (the oats, the protein powder, and the cocoa powder) and mix everything.
Add a splash of plant milk, maca powder, and the raisins, and mix.
In the end, add the frozen berries.
Place the mixture in a baking dish, and bake for about 15 minutes on 180 Celsius degrees (356 Fahrenheit).
Chill the brownies for about 30 minutes, before cutting them in 12 pieces. Enjoy! 🙂
