Vegan Pumpkin Protein Brownies

Pumpkin Protein Brownies with raspberries, to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Pumpkin Raspberry Brownie (VEGAN & ONE BOWL)
Ingredients
- 380g pumpkin (baked)
- 2 medium bananas
- 75g oats
- 30g hemp protein (OR just use more oats)
- 50g cocoa powder (OR carob powder)
- 50g agave (OR any other sticky sweetener)
- 30-50g frozen raspberries
- A splash of plant milk
- 20g raisins (optional)
- 10g maca powder (optional)
Instructions
Start mashing together the pumpkin and the bananas, until you get a homogenous mixture.
Add the dry ingredients (the oats, the protein powder, and the cocoa powder) and mix everything.
Add a splash of plant milk, maca powder, and the raisins, and mix.
In the end, add the frozen berries.
Place the mixture in a baking dish, and bake for about 15 minutes on 180 Celsius degrees (356 Fahrenheit).
Chill the brownies for about 30 minutes, before cutting them in 12 pieces. Enjoy! 🙂
